Trident Intelligent Solutions · £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience · Full-time · Remote (UK), with travel to client sites a few days a month
Company Overview
Trident is a UK consultancy building AI, data and software systems for regulated sectors. Most of our work is with education providers, water utilities, and financial services.
Role Description
We're looking for someone to be the main point of contact for our clients. You'll take projects over from our sales team and keep them moving through to go-live, running client meetings and keeping everyone informed along the way. You'll report to our Technical Director and work closely with a small engineering team and our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the handover from sales to delivery for each new project, making sure we understand what was agreed before work starts
- Join sales calls and pitches when needed, representing the delivery team and explaining how we run projects
- Help draft proposals and statements of work, working with sales and the technical team
- Run regular client meetings and write up the actions and follow-ups afterwards
- Handle day-to-day communication with clients, so they always know where their project stands
- Chase what's needed from the client side, such as system access, data, test accounts and sign-offs
- Keep our project boards up to date, and turn requests from calls and emails into tracked work
- Prepare project plans, kick-off materials and go-live communications from our templates
- Organise client testing and collect feedback in a form the developers can act on
- Raise risks, delays and changes in scope early, and bring the right decisions to the right people
- Spot opportunities for further work or renewals, and pass them to the sales team
- Own and define project success metrics
- Write and maintain project case studies

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Clear, professional writing, including proposals or project documentation, and confidence running meetings with senior client staff
