We’re looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join our UK Client Solutions Team.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this role is responsible for supporting and providing solutions for all our clients' needs.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Responsible for leading the engagement with the client on behalf of Iress on behalf of Client Solutions implementation journey.
- Responsible for ensuring there is effective communication of client engagement(s) within Iress and working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional Iress teams ensuring alignment to our ways of working.
- Responsibility for the cross-functional engagement team, its delivery plans, and alignment to Ways of Working.
- Ensure the engagement team understands the design as approved by the Design Team and is therefore able to define the appropriate scope, goals, and deliverables and create delivery related schedules, milestones, and timelines whilst establishing the commercial aspects of the delivery to determine accurate budget and financial plans.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery plans are in place, agreed across all relevant Iress teams, and work is delivered in accordance to the agreed delivery plans.
- Responsible for timeliness, quality, and effectiveness of client deliverables to Iress and Iress deliverables to the client ensuring Iress’ interests are protected where impacted by client failings.
- Work with the Commercial team to ensure effective management of commercial matters associated with the client project including agreeing a commercial baseline as part of the pre-sales process and managing revenue and costs against that baseline throughout the life of the project.

Desirable vocational/professional certification:
- Educated to Degree Level or Equivalent Experience
- MSP/Prince 2 Practitioner, APM Accreditation, or equivalent
Skills/training:
- Extensive experience of delivering software solutions within a commercial environment
- Knowledge of the UK Private Wealth market and regulatory requirements
- Some experience of client account management or client engagement management
- Experience of managing and delivering complex solutions into large corporate Clients
- Experience of managing single major or multiple smaller projects
- Experience of co-ordinating large project teams
- Excellent knowledge of project, implementation & delivery processes and approaches, across all stages of the project lifecycle
- Excellent knowledge of quality processes in all phases of a project
