Introduction
Managing a project is one thing. Delivering an exceptional experience for a client who is passionate about their own bespoke Scotch whisky is something entirely different.
It takes commercial awareness, organisation, confidence and attention to detail, alongside the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and suppliers.
We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join our team. If you're organised, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to build a career in an ambitious, fast-growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll take ownership of client projects, working closely with our Sales, Creative and Operations teams to bring complex whisky projects to life. You'll also play an important role in supporting the development of the wider team, with a clear pathway towards Head of Client Delivery as the business grows.
Why Join Tailored Spirits Co.?
At Tailored Spirits Co., we're building something different.
We commission bespoke Scotch whisky bottling projects and experiences for luxury brands, private clients and hospitality businesses across the world. Every project is unique, bringing together exceptional whisky, outstanding design and Scotland's finest craftspeople to create products with genuine meaning and provenance.
Although we're a young business, we've already established ourselves as one of Scotland's most exciting and ambitious companies. Our journey has been recognised through a number of prestigious awards, including:

These achievements reflect not only what we've built so far, but where we're heading.
You'll work directly with the founders, gain exposure to every aspect of our business and take ownership of meaningful, high-value projects from day one. Your ideas will be valued, your work will have a genuine impact and you'll have the opportunity to help shape how the business continues to grow.
We're passionate about developing our people. This role offers a clear pathway to greater responsibility, with the opportunity to progress towards Head of Client Delivery as the business expands.
If you're looking for a career, not just a job, and want to be part of an award-winning Scottish business with global ambitions, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
