We're seeking an experienced Client Delivery Manager to join a growing delivery team focused on the successful implementation of enterprise Fintech/SaaS solutions within the lending sector.

This role sits at the heart of customer delivery and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex software implementations, building strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from inception through to go-live and beyond.

Reporting into the Implementation Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple customer projects, acting as the key point of contact throughout the implementation life cycle while coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of SaaS implementation projects for mortgage and lending clients.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation and ongoing service delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from operational teams through to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks, including project reporting, RAID management, steering groups, and stakeholder updates.
  • Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and transition into business-as-usual operations.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and improve delivery processes.
  • Support commercial discussions around renewals, upselling, and strategic account growth initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
