We are exclusively partnering with an established and growing business within the sales promotions and customer engagement sector to recruit a Client Delivery Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced client delivery, account management, project management or service management professional to take ownership of client campaigns, build trusted relationships and play a key role in delivering outstanding client outcomes.

The Role

As Client Delivery Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns and contractual commitments are clearly understood, effectively managed and delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Product and Operational teams, you will support the full client lifecycle, from campaign planning and delivery through to client reviews, performance reporting, contract governance and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for managing competing priorities, identifying risks early, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring delivery remains aligned with client expectations and commercial objectives.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to make a real impact on both client relationships and the way the business delivers its services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact across campaign delivery and contract activity.
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee multiple client campaigns, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards.
  • Coordinate activity across Sales, Finance, Legal, Commercial, Product and Operational teams.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, resources and competing priorities across multiple campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs and client expectations.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues early, supporting practical solutions.
  • Support client reviews, governance meetings and performance discussions.
  • Produce and present client performance reporting, highlighting successes, risks, trends and opportunities.
  • Support contract management, renewals, client retention and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and financial performance, working closely with Commercial and Finance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and the overall client experience.
  • Use data, client feedback and performance insight to drive continuous improvement.
  • Share best practice and help develop consistent, scalable approaches to client delivery.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in client delivery, client services, project management, account management, service management or a similar delivery-focused environment.

You will be an excellent communicator who is comfortable building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including senior contacts when required.

You will also have:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating activity across different teams and workstreams.
  • Good commercial awareness, with an understanding of budgets, pricing or financial performance.
  • The ability to use KPIs, data and performance information to identify risks and opportunities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
  • The confidence to raise issues early and take ownership of finding a way forward.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow actions through to completion.
  • Experience using project management, reporting or similar systems to track work and progress.
  • The ability to balance client satisfaction, operational delivery and wider business objectives.
