Client Delivery Manager
We are working with a growing consultancy to appoint a Client Delivery Manager who can build trusted client relationships while keeping complex work moving from brief through to successful delivery.
This is not a sales-led Account Manager role. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of delivery, coordinating internal specialists and ensuring work is well scoped, well communicated and delivered to a high standard.
You will enjoy getting into the detail: understanding client requirements, translating them into clear actions, managing priorities and helping delivery teams stay aligned. Alongside managing existing relationships, you will identify opportunities to add value, but the emphasis is on excellent service and long-term client partnerships rather than aggressive new-business targets.
The client works across CRM, data, digital and technology-enabled transformation projects. Experience in a consultancy, technology partner, systems integrator or professional services environment would be highly valuable.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the principal day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients.
- Build strong, credible relationships with both client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
- Take briefs, clarify requirements and turn them into structured delivery plans.
- Coordinate project activity across consultants, analysts, technical teams and external partners.
- Keep clients informed on progress, priorities, risks, timelines and next steps.
- Support project governance, including scope, budgets, resourcing and delivery quality.
- Spot potential issues early and bring the right people together to resolve them.
- Help clients get lasting value from CRM, data and digital solutions.
- Contribute to account development through strong service and a clear understanding of client needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
