Join the agency redefining how the world’s most loved causes connect with their supporters.

About Us

At Conversr, we’re on a mission to change the way charities connect with their supporters. We design and deliver supporter experiences that help people feel genuinely connected to the causes they care about. Every journey we build unfolds through intelligent, human-led conversations that make supporters feel seen, valued, and part of something bigger. We work with some of the world’s most loved charities across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland & N.America — helping them raise millions and build relationships that last well beyond a single campaign.

By combining behavioural science, empathy, and technology, we’re redefining what it means to engage supporters at scale, proving that the most meaningful fundraising still starts with human connection. If you love working with purpose-driven brands and want to help shape the future of supporter engagement, you’ll feel right at home here.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager who's a campaign delivery powerhouse — someone process-driven, detail-obsessed, and energised by getting things done. You'll be joining a close-knit team with colleagues spread across APAC working fully remotely, and a small team of two made up of our sales and growth-focused lead and one other Client Delivery Manager in the UK. You'll be stepping into an identical role to the existing UK based CDM, running your own portfolio of clients alongside them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage client campaigns end-to-end — from project planning, asset collection & copy/strategy drafting through to deployment, testing, and reporting.
  • Lead campaign delivery and execution — oversee builds, QA, and live deployments, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and independently deliver ad hoc broadcast campaigns where required, always ensuring smooth execution and data accuracy.
  • Manage campaign data — handle imports, segmentation, and integrations across platforms like JustGiving, Funraisin, Eventmaster, Raisely, and GivePanel.
  • Project manage timelines and milestones — coordinate internal teams and clients to keep campaigns on schedule and within scope.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to bring supporter journeys to life.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance — track results, surface insights, and share recommendations to optimise outcomes.
  • Maintain precision and quality — ensure every campaign meets Conversr’s high standards for delivery, performance, and impact.
  • Support a diverse fundraising portfolio — including Appeals, Regular Giving, Gifts in Wills, and Peer-to-Peer programs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About You

You're the kind of person who thrives in organised chaos: able to juggle multiple campaigns, solve problems quickly, and keep everything moving with precision and calm. You'll be working with some of the biggest and most inspiring charities on the planet, managing complex fundraising programs end-to-end — from concept to launch.

You'll be the bridge between clients, strategy, and delivery — managing multiple fundraising campaigns at once. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong initiative, high attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with a passionate, high-performing team.

You'll take full ownership of all aspects of campaign delivery, including managing internal and external communications, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully. Over time, you'll work to own the full client relationship, working to retain all current activities and lead growth conversations where there are opportunities

You’ll likely bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in fundraising, digital marketing, or CRM-led engagement (3+ years in fundraising desirable).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects or campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, data manipulation, and analysis).
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A data-driven mindset — curious, analytical, and proactive.
  • Quick learner with a high aptitude for new software and tech stacks.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify complex ideas for clients.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Partner with leading charities across the UK & Ireland.
  • Be part of a pioneering category — Conversational Fundraising.
  • Creative autonomy and space to grow fast.
  • Fast-track your development as a fundraiser.
  • Remote-first flexibility and a high-trust, collaborative team.
  • Join a team that balances data with heart — and genuinely cares about doing work that matters.
