The Role
We’re looking for a client delivery manager to orchestrate the technical delivery management of client onboarding onto our platform and create a scalable playbook and framework to run future client delivery programs. You’ll be pivotal in leading teams to execute client configuration and deployment activities, working cohesively with clients as well as product, engineering, legal, compliance, service & operations teams.
A Client Delivery Manager at Constantinople will be responsible for all the ins and outs of setting up banking configurations across clients, driving decisions with client stakeholders, outlining timelines/delivery and acting as a co-ordination point across working level teams (both in clients and within Constantinople) to lead the end-to-end client implementation, whilst being able to adapt to the dynamic nature of life at a start-up. You’ll also work closely with solution engineers who will be responsible for the technical configurations on platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
