About the Role

Reporting directly to the Implementation Director, the Client Delivery Manager sits within Finova's Delivery function at the intersection of delivery excellence, customer success, and commercial outcomes. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and ongoing operational success for a portfolio of key financial client accounts spanning onboarding, implementation, enhancement projects, and in-life services.

Acting as the primary point of contact for your clients, you will build trusted partnerships up to the C-suite level while leading internal cross-functional teams to execute platform deployments effectively. Your key purpose is to maintain strong delivery governance, foster client satisfaction and NPS, identify commercial expansion opportunities, and align client roadmaps with Finova's strategic vision.

About you

  • Enterprise Software & FinTech Experience: Proven track record managing complex software implementations end-to-end within a software vendor or enterprise SaaS business, with explicit domain experience in financial services or banking (mortgage platform expertise is highly desirable).
  • Portfolio & C-Suite Relationship Management: Demonstrated success managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts, with experience building trusted partnerships up to the executive/C-suite level.
  • SaaS Delivery Governance & Frameworks: Deep operational understanding of SaaS/enterprise platform delivery models and strong practical mastery of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Commercial Acumen & Upsell Management: Strong commercial awareness with a track record of supporting account growth, including cross-sell, upsell, and contract renewals in partnership with Sales and Product teams.
  • Executive Presence & Stakeholder Alignment: Outstanding communication skills with the confidence to present progress, risks, and options to senior stakeholders, set clear expectations, and challenge constructively when needed.
  • End-to-End Planning & Financial Control: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery plans, map dependencies, handle risk mitigation, and oversee portfolio financial governance (including accurate invoicing).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
