Location: Remote. We work across European, US, and APAC time zones, so flexibility on working hours is important.

Reports to: Client Delivery Director

About us Legal teams are drowning in repetitive work. The rest of the business is stuck waiting. Flank is changing that.

We are operating at the cutting edge of AI development, building the future of autonomous agents for the enterprise. We have raised a $10M Series A led by Insight Partners (US), with continued support from Gradient Ventures (Google's AI fund).

We are already deploying Flank agents to multinational enterprises with >100,000 employees, completely automating workflows that were previously impossible to solve.

The opportunity Flank succeeds when our agents become part of how a business actually works. Not a pilot, not a proof of concept, but use cases so deeply embedded in a customer's ecosystem that legal and the wider business can't imagine going back.

We're looking for a Client Delivery Manager to make that happen with some of our largest enterprise customers. You'll own adoption across your accounts: working day to day with customer legal, legal ops and business teams, uncovering where Flank can deliver the most value, and taking the initiative to build solutions on our platform that solve their problems.

This role sits at the intersection of legal operations, technology and the customer. You'll need enough legal and contracts knowledge to earn the trust of lawyers, but your real strength will be in process, data and getting things done. You'll work closely with the lawyers on our Legal AI Alignment team and with the lawyers inside each customer's organisation, translating their needs into workflows that deliver measurable results.

This is not a role for the hesitant or those content with the status quo. It's for people who thrive on ownership, move fast, and take real pride in their customers' success, in an environment that values independence, experimentation, and candid communication.

What you will be doing

  • Driving Adoption: Own the adoption of Flank across a portfolio of our largest enterprise customers, making sure every live use case is embedded in day-to-day workflows and used at scale.
  • Uncovering New Opportunities: Map how legal work actually flows through a customer's business, spot the bottlenecks, and identify where Flank can take on more. Turn those insights into new use cases and expansion.
  • Process Mining & Workflow Design: Break down contract and legal workflows from first principles: who does what, where the friction is, and what good looks like. Design the processes that let Flank slot in cleanly.
  • Building Solutions: Take the initiative to get hands-on in our platform and build solutions to real client problems, quickly and to a high standard.
  • Collaborating with Lawyers: Work closely with Flank's legal team and the lawyers in each customer's organisation, bridging legal requirements, technical implementation and business outcomes.
  • Measuring Success: Define what success means for each customer, track usage and impact through data, and use what you find to drive decisions, prove value and spot risk early.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships at every level, from in-house counsel and legal ops to procurement, sales and senior leadership. Adapt your approach to each stakeholder so they get what they need from Flank.
  • Feeding Back into Product: Bring a sharp eye for product. Share structured feedback with product and engineering on what customers need and where the experience can be better.
  • Documentation & Scalability: Capture what works and turn it into repeatable playbooks, so every new deployment and expansion moves faster than the last.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

  • Legal Operations Background: You've worked in legal operations, legal tech, or a similar role where you've sat between legal teams and the tools and processes that support them. You don't need to be a lawyer; we're more interested in how you've improved the way legal work gets done.
  • Contracts & Contract Automation Experience: You have hands-on experience with contracts and contract workflows, and ideally with contract automation or contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools. You understand how contracts move through a business in practice.
  • Process Mining Expertise: You can take a messy, undocumented workflow and quickly map it, find where it breaks, and redesign it. You think in systems, inputs and outputs.
  • Data-Focused: You use data to understand what's really happening, measure impact, and make the case for change. You're comfortable defining metrics and holding yourself to them.
  • First-Principles Thinker: You don't accept "that's how it's always been done". You break problems down to their fundamentals and build the right solution from there.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: You build trust fast with customers, from in-house lawyers to senior executives. You read the room, adapt your style to your audience, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
  • Bias for Action: You have a real obsession with getting things done. You take ownership, move quickly, and don't wait to be told.
  • Great Product Instinct: You have a strong eye for an excellent product and a clear sense of what good looks like from the customer's point of view.
  • Customer Obsessed & Curious: You genuinely care about your customers achieving their goals, and you're endlessly curious about how their businesses work and how Flank can help.
  • Start-up Ready: You move fast, adapt easily, and take ownership in environments that evolve quickly.
  • Time-Zone Flexible: Our team and customers span Europe, North America, and APAC. You're comfortable shaping your working day around a global team, including regular overlap with US hours.
