Client Delivery & Operations Manager/Project Manager

Global Access Partners, A Venture by GCRS Group

Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)

Salary: Depending on experience, negotiable

Contract: Full-time, permanent

About Global Access Partners

Global Access Partners, a Venture by GCRS Group, helps beauty, fragrance, personal care, and wellness brands enter and grow in international markets.

We bring together market-entry strategy, regulatory compliance, distributor and retail introductions, marketing, PR, exhibitions, and commercial activation through one coordinated service.

As we prepare for our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Client Delivery & Operations Manager to take ownership of client projects from onboarding through to market launch.

The Role

You will become the main point of contact for clients once they join Global Access Partners.

Your role will be to turn each client’s agreed strategy into a clear and manageable project plan, coordinate the internal team and external specialist partners, track progress, and ensure the client always understands what is happening and what comes next.

This is a hands-on client delivery role that combines project management, relationship management, and operational development. You will also help us build the processes, reporting systems, and ways of working that will support Global Access Partners as our international client portfolio grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding of new clients
  • Act as the client’s main day-to-day contact
  • Understand each brand’s objectives, priority markets, commercial requirements, and timelines
  • Turn agreed proposals and strategies into detailed project plans
  • Establish clear milestones, responsibilities, deadlines, and dependencies
  • Organise project meetings and maintain accurate records of actions and decisions
  • Follow up with clients, colleagues, and external partners to maintain momentum
  • Provide clear, proactive, and regular client updates
  • Monitor project scope, budgets, deliverables, and additional requirements
  • Identify risks, missing information, and potential delays before they affect delivery
  • Escalate issues appropriately and support practical solutions
  • Help develop onboarding processes, templates, checklists, and reporting standards
  • Maintain accurate information within project management and CRM systems
  • Give the leadership team clear visibility of project status, capacity, risks, and next actions
  • Continuously identify ways to improve efficiency and the client experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who brings structure to complexity and takes genuine ownership of delivery.

You will be organized, commercially aware, and confident managing several projects at once. You will communicate warmly and professionally with clients while being comfortable chasing actions, addressing delays, and holding people accountable.

You will not need to be a regulatory expert. However, you must be able to understand complex workstreams, ask sensible questions, and turn technical or specialist updates into clear information for clients.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a growing business, where processes are still being developed, and priorities can move quickly.

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Experience in client delivery, project management, account management, operations, or a related role
  • Experience managing multiple client projects or complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to create clear plans and maintain progress against deadlines
  • Confidence coordinating internal teams and external partners
  • Strong written communication and reporting skills
  • Commercial awareness, including an understanding of scope, budgets, and additional requirements
  • Confidence working with founders, directors, and senior decision-makers
  • A proactive, calm, and solutions-focused approach
  • Confidence following up and challenging delays diplomatically
  • Experience using project management, CRM, or workflow systems
  • The ability to work independently while keeping leadership appropriately informed

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within an agency, consultancy, professional services, or international trade environment
  • Experience supporting brands with international expansion or market entry
  • Knowledge of beauty, fragrance, personal care, wellness, or consumer products
  • Experience coordinating regulatory, commercial, marketing, or distribution projects
  • Experience helping a growing business introduce new systems and processes
  • Experience working with international clients and partners
  • Experience supporting product launches, exhibitions, or retail activations
