Client Delivery Partner - Life Sciences
Remote
Up to £50000 per annum
Do you have experience in life sciences? Do you thrive on building relationships with clients? We are currently looking for a Client Delivery Partner to join us.
This role needs someone highly organised, and adept at managing several clients simultaneously while maintaining accuracy within our systems. You will be partnering our clients across the globe and able to manage your time accordingly. Talking to our clients means you can build trusted relationships quickly, and supports business growth opportunities. As a Client Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the QA programmes and maintaining the visibility, trust and performance across all stakeholders to provide a seamless and consistent client experience throughout the project lifecycle as well as governance and managing our largest client group.
What we are looking for
- Life Science Degree or qualified by experience
- Demonstrable Project Coordination/ Management experience
- Previous experience in a QA environment would be advantageous
- Understanding of clinical research, whether this has been in a project management role or not
- Able to plan and prioritise your workload, while maintaining timelines and having a proactive approach to drive optimal outcomes
- Able to collaborate effectively, communicating with a variety of stakeholders across different levels within the business
- Able to take accountability for the work that you do, acting responsibly in all activities undertaken.
