Project Manager

A-Team Group, part of Finelight Group, is a dynamic publishing and events company that has been successfully operating for over 25 years in financial markets.

We are looking for a highly organised project manager with excellent communication skills to own the delivery of our client-facing products from the moment a contract is signed to the final deliverables.

You will be the day-to-day point of contact for sponsors, speakers, award entrants and winners across our products, specifically webinars, awards, and handbooks, keeping every project on schedule, on brief and on budget.

The role suits someone who is calm under deadline pressure, enjoys juggling many live projects at once, and builds trusted relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, editorial and production teams, and use our project management tools to give everyone clear visibility of what is happening and when.

Main Responsibilities

Client Liaison and Communication

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and partners across our products, setting clear expectations and following through.
  • Respond to client and partner messages and voicemails, answering directly or passing them to the right person.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
