We are looking for two motivated and detail-oriented Client Support team members to join our Client Desk team in Crewe. As Client Desk Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers by assisting with client-related tasks, providing administrative support, and helping to maintain strong client relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your career in client services and account management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in managing client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with preparing client reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
- Handle client inquiries and requests, escalating issues to Account Managers when necessary.
- Track and manage client projects, ensuring timelines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, including gathering necessary information and ensuring that processes are followed.
- Maintain accurate client records, ensuring all client interactions are logged and tracked in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, technical support, finance) to coordinate service delivery, supply of timely updates and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor client satisfaction and work with Account Managers to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills in account management and client relations. This will lead to developing skills and responsibilities in areas such as:
- Presenting internally and externally to clients
- Bringing ideas and energy to internal projects
- Presenting to senior Likewize stakeholders
- Analysing information provided by the rest of the business and understanding how to present this to customers
- Assessing current workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing system-based improvements, requiring strong IT capability and confidence working with digital tools.
- Manage the processes for collaborating with compliance and underwriting teams
- Guided support through the management of small projects
- Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

Requirements
- A recent graduate with a degree in any field desired (Business, Communications, or similar disciplines preferred). or relevant working experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting Account Managers and other internal stakeholders.
- A customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
