The Opportunity

Vox Pops International creates high-quality films and interview-led content featuring customers, colleagues, stakeholders and experts. Through authentic voices and real human stories, we help organisations communicate key messages, build trust and put the customer at the heart of business decision-making.

We are now looking for an entrepreneurial Client Development & Sales Director to lead our commercial growth, strengthen client relationships and open exciting new opportunities for the future of the company.

About the Role

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with proactive selling. You will be responsible for growing revenue, nurturing existing clients, identifying new markets and positioning Vox Pops International as the go-to partner for powerful customer and stakeholder video content.

You will play a central role in shaping the company’s future direction, building a stronger pipeline, creating meaningful client conversations and representing the business externally through networking, webinars, events, publicity and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and sales activity across new and existing clients.
  • Build, manage and deepen client relationships, maximising opportunities for retained work and cross-department growth.
  • Identify, target and convert new companies that would benefit from Vox Pops International’s filming, interviewing and customer insight services.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Attend, arrange and lead around 8 client meetings per month, creating opportunities for face-to-face engagement and long-term partnership.
  • Develop proposals, respond to inbound enquiries and ensure every potential client receives a timely, professional and engaging experience.
  • Work with the leadership team to shape a future-facing growth strategy for Vox Pops International, including what clients need and expect from the company.
  • Represent the business at networking events, exhibitions and industry forums.
  • Plan and run webinars that showcase our expertise and generate new commercial opportunities.
  • Identify press, publicity and speaking opportunities that raise the company’s profile.
  • Take responsibility for external-facing communications, including LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate with the wider team to ensure client communications are consistent, proactive and commercially effective.
