Client Development Coordinator role at this growing mid-sized global law firm. London based, hybrid working.
A growing global law firm is seeking a proactive, enthusiastic Client Development Coordinator to join its collaborative team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their experience specifically within client development, rather than following a more traditional BD & Marketing route. The role sits within a close-knit team of three, with plenty of scope to get involved across a broad range of client development activity and contribute to several exciting projects already in the pipeline.
The team is particularly focused on new ways of working, process improvement, and making better use of data, so someone who is organised, analytical, and has a strong eye for detail would thrive in this environment.

The successful candidate will support the firm’s client development programme, helping to strengthen relationships with key clients and identify opportunities to improve engagement. You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the firm’s intermediary and referrals programme, including analysing referral data and attending relevant meetings. This is a great opportunity to develop both your analytical and stakeholder management skills while gaining a broader understanding of how client development works within a global law firm.
Key duties of the role include:
- Support the firm’s client programme to build and track relationships
- Support fee earners by creating client-facing material, such as BD and marketing templates
- Produce regular high-quality analyses of data from the Client Relationship Management system
- Draft regular reports for BD Activities

The team is really open to someone with legal exposure. Ideally, someone with 6 months to a 1 year in a BD&M graduate role or apprenticeship and would like to make the transition. Or someone who has been in an administrative role, and would like to venture into a client development role.
