Description

At DAC Beachcroft (DACB), we help clients navigate complex challenges across a wide range of sectors through exceptional legal advice, commercial insight, and trusted partnerships. As part of our continued focus on client excellence and sustainable growth, we are looking for a Client Development Executive to join our Clients & Markets team.

This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in strengthening client relationships, enhancing client listening programmes, and helping drive best practice across the firm. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will support initiatives that deliver meaningful client insight, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the firm's client development strategy.

This role sits at the heart of our client growth agenda, providing exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic client initiatives, and firmwide business development programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues in identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships through client planning, relationship mapping, client feedback programmes, gap analysis, marketing campaigns, and client intelligence activities.
  • Assist client teams in capitalising on business development opportunities by supporting proposals, capability statements, client plans, and client commitment documents.
  • Support the delivery, growth, and evaluation of the firm's client listening programmes, helping ensure feedback is translated into meaningful actions and improvements.
  • Act as the primary contact for DACB's Post Matter Review (PMR) programme, helping maximise opportunities identified through client feedback and contributing to continuous improvement of the process.
  • Promote and encourage effective use of client development technologies and tools, including client listening platforms, CRM systems, and engagement tools, through training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse client and prospect data, producing dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations for client teams and business leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
