Remote UK | Regular travel to Sweden & Denmark
We’re looking for an experienced Client Development Manager to take ownership of developing an established and highly respected healthcare business across the Nordic region.
Initially focused on Sweden and Denmark, you’ll inherit relationships and opportunities already in play, but this is very much a growth role. You’ll be expected to create new opportunities, build pipeline, win new practices and develop those relationships over the longer term.
This requires a particular balance, so we need the drive of a new business hunter, with the relationship skills of an exceptional Account Manager.
You’ll proactively identify and engage prospective dental practices, build relationships with owners and senior decision-makers, understand their commercial ambitions and introduce the services that can genuinely help them grow.
Some opportunities will move quickly. Others will require patience, credibility and consistent relationship-building. You’ll need to be equally comfortable with both.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business across Sweden and Denmark
- Building and managing your own commercial pipeline
- Converting prospects into long-term partner practices
- Developing existing relationships and identifying further growth opportunities
- Building credibility with dentists, practice owners and senior stakeholders
- Working closely with marketing to generate and nurture opportunities
- Representing the business at relevant events and meetings across the Nordics
- Taking genuine ownership of the commercial development of your territory
We don’t want a pure Account Manager who is excellent at maintaining relationships but uncomfortable creating new ones, as we also don’t want a transactional salesperson whose interest ends once the deal is signed.
We need someone who can do both!
You’ll bring a demonstrable track record of winning new business alongside strong account management and relationship-building skills. You’ll be commercially curious, consultative in your approach and confident operating autonomously within a remote role.

Our client is an established growth partner to the healthcare industry, helping ambitious clinicians grow successful businesses around credible products and services through marketing, lead generation, business development, training and clinical support.
They’re established and highly respected, but retain the hunger and entrepreneurial mindset of a growing business.
This is for someone who enjoys winning the relationship as much as winning the sale, this is a territory with significant potential.
