Role Description
The Client Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Day-to-day activities include:


Get help with your application

- Conducting client meetings
- Preparing proposals and presentations
- Tracking performance against targets
- Coordinating with internal teams in sales, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery
The role also involves:
- Monitoring market trends
- Gathering client feedback
- Using data to inform account strategies and revenue growth plans
The ideal candidate will proactively engage clients, resolve issues, and represent Connexus’ commitment to quality and reliability at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Development and Account Management skills to grow, retain, and optimize client portfolios.
- Proven ability in Client Relations and Relationship Building to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in business development or sales within manufacturing, engineering, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze client data, prepare reports, and use CRM tools to support decision-making.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-focused approach.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site client visits with remote collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
