Basic £50-65k + High OTE +
Client Development Executive - Technology
The Role & Company
- Planning, developing and managing client across the Technology suite
- Delivering first class talent to high profile and calibre clients
- Mapping and maximizing global client accounts
- Account managing existing business across all disciplines
- Winning new account business within Technology
- Managing client expectations
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Networking across your client portfolio to win new business
- Determining short- and long-term resource requirements
- Excellent reputation across clients and candidates
- Emphasis on growth and acquiring market share
- To work with a dynamic leadership team who are ready for the next chapter of their growth
- Mainly Contract and some Perm offering
- Be part of an exceptional and growing business which covers multiple verticals so a lot of cross selling opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in developing existing accounts
- Successful track record in delivery
- Possess the necessary gravitas for such a position
- Experience in growing and developing a successful business vertical
- Successful in representing a brand across C-Level
- Previous track record of growing a sustainable profitable desk
- Possess the drive and enthusiasm to motivate your team
