Client Development Manager
TP Tutors is excited to open applications for a Client Development Manager, a key role in driving regional growth and strengthening our relationships with schools, MATs, and local authorities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is commercially driven, passionate about education, and ready to take ownership of a regional strategy within a fast-growing branch.
About the Role
The Client Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding TP Tutors' impact across their regions. You'll lead on identifying new opportunities, securing new business, and nurturing strong client partnerships, while collaborating closely with colleagues across Delivery, Marketing, and Senior Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the regional sales strategy and meet revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring CRM accuracy
- Conduct market analysis and create strategic client development plans
- Identify opportunities to enhance products, services, and client approaches
- Attend events and represent TP Tutors externally
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Support framework and referral bid writing
- Provide feedback and insights to managers and SLT to drive continuous improvement
- Role model TP Tutors' values in all internal and external interactions

- A track record of achieving ambitious sales or regional growth targets
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Commercial awareness and confidence interpreting performance data
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A passion for the education sector and improving learner outcomes
- A proactive, resilient, and innovative approach to challenges
