Overview
We're looking for a Client Development to join our Retail Media team at Epsilon UK. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to build a career in retail media, digital marketing, data analytics, and client development.
In this quota-carrying role, you will become an expert user of Epsilon's reporting, measurement, and insights tools, independently analysing retail media campaign performance across onsite and offsite channels. Your primary focus will be transforming campaign data into compelling narratives that demonstrate commercial value for retailers and brands, helping Senior Sales Managers identify opportunities for growth, renewal, and incremental investment.
Working closely with Senior Sales Managers and commercial leaders, you will uncover performance trends, develop evidence-based recommendations, and support strategic account development through best-in-class analysis and storytelling. You will play a key role in helping clients understand the impact of their retail media investments while contributing to revenue growth through data-led sales opportunities.
Success in this role comes from combining analytical rigour with commercial curiosity. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, uncovering the story behind campaign performance, and helping sales teams turn insights into growth opportunities. Over time, this role can evolve from campaign analysis and sales support into broader client management and account leadership responsibilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn digital marketing from the ground up while developing expertise in retail media measurement, campaign analytics, sales strategy, and client-facing communication. The role provides a strong foundation for future progression into broader client management, account leadership, and commercial roles within one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
