Client Direct Sales Lead
London
The Company
Our client is an established technology business operating within the digital advertising ecosystem, working with leading brands and agencies to help them better understand and improve the effectiveness of their media investment. As the business continues to develop its UK commercial proposition, it is looking to appoint an experienced Client Direct Sales Lead to drive relationships and revenue directly across advertisers.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, new-business-focused role for someone with a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and a proven ability to build relationships directly with brands. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders and converting those conversations into meaningful, long-term commercial partnerships.
The proposition is consultative rather than transactional, requiring someone who can understand a client's wider business and marketing objectives and demonstrate how technology, data and insight can help them make better decisions around their media investment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
