EU Client Director - Remobi | Europe | Hybrid (London office)

Remobi builds high performing, high quality remote technology teams and product grade software for clients across AI and Data. We're the experts in remote workforce mobilisation. Demand across Europe is outpacing what we can currently serve. We're hiring a senior commercial leader to own and scale our European presence.

The role

This is a founding-team-level appointment for a proven hunter who's ready to build, lead and own the P&L for a region. You'll be the commercial counterpart to our UK Client Director: opening and closing enterprise relationships, building the European growth playbook, and hiring a regional team beneath you as the book scales.

What you'll do

  • Own European revenue, personally winning new business across DACH, the Nordics, Benelux and wider EU
  • Hold full P&L for the region: revenue, margin, headcount investment
  • Build the go-to-market strategy with the Co-Founder: sector focus, target list, pricing
  • Hire, coach and lead a regional client engagement team as it grows
  • Work with Solution Delivery, Talent Acquisition and affiliate partners to shape client proposals
  • Represent Remobi at C-suite level, from AI Readiness Workshops through to multi-year transformation programmes
  • Feed into QXi Group thinking on European market dynamics and investment priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
