About the role

We are looking for a Client Director to join BMG. This role will help shape Boots Media Group’s strategy by embedding retail media into Boots’ wider marketing plans, delivering seamless omnichannel campaigns and building powerful partnerships that unlock growth.

What you’ll do

  • Build a proactive integration strategy around Boots’ biggest campaigns, launches and retail moments.
  • Bring brands into the conversation earlier, turning annual marketing plans into bigger, more strategic partnerships.
  • Be the strategic link across Boots Marketing, Customer, Commercial, Trading, WPP and wider agency partners.
  • Bring the full BMG proposition together to create seamless, impactful customer experiences.
  • Ensure BMG is represented consistently and compellingly across agency, supplier and non-endemic channels.
  • Unite Client Directors, Campaign and specialist teams to create opportunities that are ambitious, commercial and deliverable.
  • Spot opportunities ahead of the curve and create a strong pipeline for sustainable commercial growth.
  • Drive complex cross-functional projects and give leadership clear visibility of performance, pipeline, risks and opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
