Client Director

📍 Hybrid | Full Time | UK Travel Required | Salary DOE

Are you a proven enterprise sales professional with a track record of winning high-value contracts and building trusted relationships at C-suite level? At Bright Horizons Work + Family, we're looking for an ambitious Client Director to drive new business growth by securing strategic partnerships with some of the world's leading organisations. In this role, you'll engage with senior HR and Benefits leaders, including Chief People Officers and Global Heads of Benefits & Rewards, helping them solve workforce challenges through innovative work-life solutions. You'll lead complex sales opportunities from prospecting through to close, creating compelling business cases and demonstrating measurable ROI.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving new enterprise business and securing seven-figure contracts
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
  • Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Developing strategic account plans and value-led sales strategies
  • Creating and presenting compelling ROI-based business cases
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking through Salesforce
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience

What We're Looking For

  • Significant enterprise B2B sales experience with a strong record of exceeding targets
  • Proven success closing high-value, complex deals
  • Experience selling to C-suite executives and senior HR, Benefits, Reward, or People leaders
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
  • Expertise in commercial negotiations, stakeholder management, and business case development
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM experience
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • MBA or advanced qualification desirable
  • Professional sales training or certifications (Challenger, Miller Heiman, SPIN Selling, etc.) advantageous
  • Experience within HR technology, employee benefits, wellbeing, professional services, or related sectors is highly desirable
