Senior Branding / Design Agency Experience Essential

Location: London - office-based

We're looking for an experienced Client Director with a strong background in branding, design, or creative agencies to join a dynamic London Client Services team.

This is a senior agency leadership role, not a generalist Client Director position. You'll need a strong understanding of strategic design and brand development, with experience leading complex creative programmes and building senior relationships with Brand and Marketing Directors.

You'll own a portfolio of important client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic advisor while taking responsibility for the quality, commercial performance, and growth of your accounts.

The role includes:

  • Leading client relationships end to end across strategy, delivery, and commercial performance.
  • Building long-term client development plans and identifying opportunities for organic growth.
  • Owning account profitability, budgets, and revenue forecasting, with confidence negotiating and scoping commercial proposals.
  • Identifying and converting opportunities within existing accounts and leading small-to-medium new business initiatives.
  • Presenting creative work with confidence, articulating the strategic rationale, and guiding clients through key decisions.
  • Partnering closely with Strategy, Creative, Resourcing, and Production teams to shape briefs and challenge thinking.
  • Leading complex, multi-market projects, with global brand redesign experience highly desirable.
  • Line-managing and developing junior Client Services team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their career development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
