Client Director
Do you enjoy being in front of clients, building relationships and turning those relationships into bigger opportunities? This is an opportunity to join an established Financial Services recruitment firm as Client Director and a member of the senior leadership team, with responsibility for developing some of the business's most important client relationships.
The business has a strong existing client base and this role is about going deeper into those relationships — getting in front of senior stakeholders, understanding their hiring plans and expanding the relationship across teams, divisions and markets.
You’ll have significant influence over the commercial direction of the business, while still operating as a hands-on 360 recruiter.
There is a highly competitive base salary and bonus scheme, with the opportunity to earn around £150,000 OTE in the first year.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
