About the Role
We are looking for a Client Director to join our Deliveroo Media partnership. In this role, you will lead the CPG client team, driving commercial growth through new business acquisition, repeat investment and scalable partnerships. You’ll own the growth strategy for Tier 2 and Tier 3 CPG brands, work closely with Deliveroo’s Strategic Partnerships team on Tier 1 opportunities, and lead a high-performing team to deliver ambitious growth across the portfolio.

A Little Bit About You
You’ll bring:
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify revenue opportunities, build value-based proposals and grow long-term client spend.
- Proven experience in media sales, partnerships or commercial account management, ideally across FMCG, CPG or similarly fast-paced client categories.
- Strong leadership capability, with experience coaching, motivating and developing a team to deliver against ambitious goals.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to shape go-to-market approaches, see the bigger picture and prioritise the highest-value opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and bring stakeholders along with a clear commercial point of view.
- An analytical, insight-led mindset, using performance data, pipeline insight and campaign results to improve decision-making and outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
- Owning the commercial strategy for the CPG client base, growing revenue across new business, repeat investment and larger-scale partnerships.
- Partnering with Deliveroo’s Strategic Partnerships team to align and maximise Tier 1 CPG opportunities.
- Developing compelling commercial proposals across sponsored products, moment-led activations and broader media solutions.
- Shaping the go-to-market approach by category and brand tier, ensuring the team focuses on the highest-value opportunities.
- Using commercial insight, ROAS performance and campaign learnings to strengthen pitches and increase repeat investment.
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 4–5, creating clarity, accountability and strong performance standards.
