Client Director – Mobile Network Operators (MNO)

Drive Strategic Partnerships Across the UK's Leading Mobile Network Operators

At Boldyn Networks, we're building smarter, more connected communities through world-class connectivity solutions. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Client Director - MNO to lead and develop strategic relationships across our Mobile Network Operator customer base.

This is a highly visible commercial leadership role, responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, leading complex contract negotiations, and strengthening executive-level partnerships with some of the most influential organisations in the telecoms sector.

What You'll Be Doing

As Client Director, you'll be accountable for the commercial success and growth of your portfolio of Mobile Network Operator customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing account growth strategies to achieve revenue and Total Contract Value (TCV) targets.
  • Leading commercial discussions and contract negotiations with Mobile Network Operators on behalf of Boldyn.
  • Building trusted relationships with customer executives and senior stakeholders, positioning Boldyn as a strategic partner.
  • Identifying, shaping and converting new business opportunities across our connectivity portfolio.
  • Leading high-value customer meetings, workshops and executive engagements to align customer needs with Boldyn's solutions.
  • Creating and maintaining robust account plans that support both short and long-term growth objectives.
  • Managing opportunity pipelines through Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and visibility.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Driving commercial governance, sales process consistency and service excellence.
  • Championing a customer-first culture focused on long-term partnerships and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like

You'll be measured on:

  • Achievement of annual revenue and TCV targets.
  • Growth and quality of sales pipeline.
  • New business development and contract wins.
  • Commercial performance and strategic account development.
  • Customer satisfaction and relationship strength.
  • Effective sales governance and CRM management.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience managing and growing strategic relationships with Mobile Network Operators or similar enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated success delivering business development and sales targets within the telecommunications sector.
  • Experience leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations through to successful conclusion.
  • Strong understanding of telecoms infrastructure, connectivity solutions and network technologies.
  • Experience navigating formal procurement, bid and RFP processes.
  • Ability to engage, influence and present confidently at Executive, C-suite and Board level.

Preferred Background

  • Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience selling solutions such as DAS, fibre, Wi-Fi, wireless infrastructure, systems integration or related connectivity services.
  • Strong understanding of commercial models, contract structures and financial business cases.
  • Familiarity with engineering, project delivery and telecom deployment environments.
