Fixed Term Contract: full time (37.5 hours per week) (one position for 12 months, to provide maternity cover and one position for 18 months)

As Client Engagement and Delivery Manager, you will manage a portfolio of Executive Education clients and take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of their learning programmes. • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary programme teams in a matrix environment, providing direction and support to Programme Managers and Coordinators and working closely with Faculty, Associate Fellows and colleagues across the School.
  • Financial and Contractual Management: Manage programme budgets of up to £3m+ per annum, including forecasting, monitoring and approving expenditure, financial reconciliation and ensuring appropriate contractual and financial processes are followed.
  • Delivery and Service Excellence: Oversee programme logistics and delivery across Oxford, client and other external locations, maintaining high standards across communications, materials, venues and the overall client and participant experience.
  • Client Retention and Continuous Improvement: Monitor client and participant feedback and service performance, identify opportunities to improve delivery, and work with Sales and Customer Relations to strengthen client relationships, support retention and identify opportunities for further growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
