Role Description

The Client Engagement Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and developing relationships with BCarm’s clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Onboarding new clients to BCarm’s digital risk management solutions
  • Guiding them through implementation
  • Helping them integrate processes into their operations

The consultant will:

  • Provide ongoing support
  • Respond to client queries
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement with the services

This role also involves:

  • Analyzing client needs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve risk management practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions

The Consultant will:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Prepare reports
  • Contribute feedback to refine BCarm’s services and engagement approach

  • Strong interpersonal skills and client relations capabilities, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a client-focused mindset.
  • Solid analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and propose practical risk management solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in risk management, business continuity, insurance, or consulting is beneficial.
  • Relevant education in business, management, risk, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
  • Comfort using digital platforms and tools for client engagement, reporting, and collaboration is important.
