About This Opportunity
We are seeking experienced professionals ready to take on a flexible, autonomous consulting role within a globally recognised organisation specialising in leadership development, executive coaching, and high-performance mindset programs.
This is a performance-based role suited to self-directed professionals who are ready to work differently, with more freedom, more flexibility, and a direct connection between effort and outcome.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage in professional, consultative conversations with prospective clients
- Understand individual goals and align them with premium leadership and development programs
- Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects and clients
- Guide clients through a structured decision and enrolment process
- Mentor and support others joining the team
- Participate in ongoing training and a global professional community

- Have 5+ years of professional experience across any industry
