Client Engagement & Events Coordinator
The Client Engagement & Events Coordinator will support the planning, coordination and delivery of Keltbray's internal and external events programme.
Working closely with the Head of Communications, Business Development team, HR and business leaders, the role will help deliver high-quality events that strengthen client relationships, support business development activities, promote employee engagement and enhance Keltbray's brand and reputation.
The role will coordinate a variety of events ranging from client dinners, sector events and conferences through to employee roadshows, recognition events, family days and company celebrations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Event Coordination & Delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events across the business.
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, catering, travel, accommodation and suppliers.
- Manage event timelines and ensure activities are delivered on schedule.
- Support event registrations, guest management and attendee communications.
- Attend events as required and support on-site delivery.
- Ensure all events are delivered to a high professional standard and provide a positive attendee experience.
Client Engagement Support
- Work with the Business Development team to support client-facing events and networking opportunities.
- Assist with the development of guest lists and invitation processes.
- Coordinate communications and event materials for clients and stakeholders.
- Support the management of attendee information and follow-up activity following events.

Internal Events & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement events including leadership briefings, roadshows, wellbeing initiatives, recognition events and Family Day activities.
- Support major company celebrations and internal campaigns.
- Work alongside HR and Communications teams to promote events and encourage participation.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback and measuring event success.
Stakeholder & Supplier Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, venues and contractors.
- Build effective working relationships across Communications, Business Development and HR.
- Obtain quotes and support supplier selection.
- Ensure all event activity complies with company policies and procedures.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain event calendars, project plans and budgets.
- Track attendance and event feedback.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
- Support budget monitoring and purchase order processes.
- Maintain records, contact databases and event documentation.

Requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 3 Years experience in coordinating corporate events, projects or engagement activities.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable
- Experience in corporate events, marketing, communications or business development.
- Experience working with external suppliers and venues.
- Experience within construction, engineering or professional services.
