Client Engagement Executive – Strategic & Key Team (12-month Secondment)

Location: Virtual, with occasional travel to company offices (Northampton, Manchester, and London) and client sites

Hours: Full time / Permanent / Monday to Friday

Closing Date: 19th August or until the right candidate is hired - all applicants need to attach a full and relevant CV to be considered

Purpose of the Role

Manage a portfolio of key strategic clients, driving engagement, awareness, and demand for Bright Horizons services to support growth and retention. Working closely with the Client Engagement and Client Relations teams, you'll help deliver initiatives that enhance both the client and employee experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and engage a portfolio of key client accounts.
  • Deliver engagement campaigns, webinars, and events to promote Bright Horizons services.
  • Build strong client relationships and support employee benefit communications.
  • Use data and insights to increase registrations, usage, and client growth.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive engagement and retention.

Essential / Desired Experience

  • Essential:

    • Experience in a marketing, engagement, or client-facing role
    • Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
    • Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management skills
    • Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Desirable:

    • Corporate environment experience
    • Salesforce experience

Qualifications

  • Degree-level qualification (preferably in marketing or a related field), or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is advantageous
