Client Engagement Intern, Wilton Property Partners (4-Week Programme)

About Wilton

Wilton Property Partners helps established professionals build cash-flowing property portfolios without owning or running them. We source, structure and operate the portfolio on the client's behalf, end to end. We are growing, and we are opening a small number of places on a structured four-week internship programme for people who want serious exposure to a fast-moving investment firm.

The programme

This is a hands-on learning and assessment programme. Over four weeks you will be trained directly by the founders and learn how we speak to, understand and qualify prospective clients, through coaching and real client exposure. It is designed to build genuine communication skill and to identify people we want to keep. The strongest performers will be offered a paid role at the end. The programme is fully remote.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
