We’re looking for an energised and driven individual who is client-centric, curious about company dynamics, and experienced in implementing learning solutions to join the NLI EMEA Client Experience Team in this senior maternity-cover role. The position is a 14-month contract starting in December 2026.

Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day

  • You’ll be leading project teams from plan to execution to help clients sustain and embed the behaviour change we have created.
  • You’ll build and nurture strong relationships across all levels - from your internal project teams to key client sponsors - securing the buy-in necessary to drive meaningful change.
  • You’ll partner with clients to implement our programmes in a way that fits their culture.
  • You’ll be advising our clients based on our research and the experience that you bring of having managed large-scale projects in learning.
  • You’ll adapt materials to accommodate client needs with an eye towards measuring their return on investment.
  • You’ll be a natural people leader driving the implementation of the Client Experience strategy and line managing CX team members.
  • You’ll partner with our global team to learn our methodology.
  • You’ll support the professional development of your team members.

To join our hard-working, detail-oriented, hands-on team as an Engagement Manager, here’s the experience we need you to bring with you:

  • Leading calls with external clients including C-suite members
  • Contributing to client proposals in the pre-sale phase
  • Leading and rolling out large scale programmes to a variety of organisations using your demonstrable client management skills
  • Managing multiple programs within one client and across multiple clients
  • Commercial astuteness
  • Experience working with learning products and solutions
