The Role
We are looking for a commercial and tech-minded Account & Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines client relationship management, business development, and project co-ordination.
You will help nurture existing client relationships, support the onboarding and delivery of bespoke consulting engagements, and proactively identify and engage prospective clients. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
This role is ideal for someone with around 4-5 years consulting and/or B2B sales or account management experience who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects and embracing new technologies, including AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Support the onboarding and delivery of consulting and learning projects.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Business Development
- Support outreach activities to engage prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business across all parts of our business.
- Support marketing campaigns, events and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
Project Management
- Coordinate multiple client projects and timelines.
- Track actions, deliverables and milestones.
- Ensure project documentation and communications are accurate and timely.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution.
Technology & AI
- Use CRM and digital collaboration tools effectively.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other technologies to improve productivity and client engagement.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and ways of working.

About You
You will have:
- Approximately 4-5 years’ experience in sales, account management or client-facing roles.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and multi-level stakeholders (including C-Suite).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Confidence using technology and AI-enabled tools.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong PowerPoint Presentation and Excel skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
