REF: JOB6794

Role Outline

Health Partners Group is a leading occupational health and workplace health services organisation, and this role plays a key part in supporting the company's future growth. The Client Engagement Manager sits at the front end of the sales process, ensuring the sales team is equipped with clean, accurate, and actionable data before any active selling begins. This role is responsible for preparing and qualifying prospect lists, identifying key decision makers, and tracking future tender availability dates. By doing so, the Client Engagement Manager builds a valuable, forward-looking resource that feeds directly into the sales pipeline — enabling the sales team to plan their outreach and activity precisely around when new opportunities will actually become available.

Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with Sales Leads across each market segment, this is a foundational, data-and-research-driven role that sits upstream of sales, ensuring effort is focused on the right accounts, at the right time, with the right contacts — directly supporting the organisation's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping Our Data Spotless: You’ll take charge of reviewing, cleansing, and standardising prospect and account data. By eliminating duplicates, outdated records, and irrelevant entries, you’ll ensure our databases and CRM systems are always accurate, complete, and ready to drive results.
  • Spotting the Key Players: Through in-depth research, you’ll identify decision-makers and influencers within target organisations. Your ability to verify and maintain up-to-date contact information will ensure our sales team always knows who to connect with.
  • Tracking Game-Changing Opportunities: You’ll monitor and log upcoming tender opportunities, keeping a calendar of release and renewal dates. Your forward-looking approach will give the sales team the lead time they need to prepare and win big.
  • Building a Winning Pipeline: By consolidating cleaned data, key contacts, and tender timings, you’ll create an invaluable resource that’s structured, up-to-date, and easy for the sales team to use.
  • Empowering the Sales Team: You’ll provide timely insights and organised information to help the team plan outreach effectively. Through close collaboration with Sales Leads and the Commercial Director, you’ll ensure priorities are aligned and opportunities are seized.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
