Client Engagement Manager - Business Development | AI | Data | Technology - Hybrid Working - 3 days on site
Method Resourcing is a specialist AI, Data and Technology recruitment consultancy, partnering with some of the UK's fastest growing scale ups, financial institutions and global brands. Since 2018 we've built our reputation by helping businesses solve complex hiring challenges through permanent, contract and retained search.
We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development professional to help drive the next phase of our growth.
This role is all about winning new clients, building long term partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor to technology leaders. If you enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities and developing lasting relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:
- Win new clients across the AI, Data and Technology markets.
- Develop and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Meet senior leaders across London and the UK to understand their hiring challenges.
- Advise clients on hiring strategy, market trends and talent availability.
- Build long term client partnerships and identify opportunities for contract, permanent and retained search.
- Work closely with our specialist delivery team, who will support you in delivering the work you win.
- Represent Method at networking events, client roundtables and industry conferences.
What we're looking for:
- Proven success in business development, recruitment, technology sales, SaaS or customer success.
- Someone who enjoys generating new business and building lasting relationships.
- A consultative approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious, commercially driven and motivated by success.

Based in Bristol with regular travel to London and occasional travel across the UK and Europe.
