Client Engagement Manager

Permanent | Full-Time | Remote with Travel to London Head Office & Client sites on occasion

Help Businesses Bring Safe, Compliant Products to Market

At Food Alert, we’re passionate about creating outstanding client experiences and building relationships that last. As a Client Engagement Manager, you’ll play a key role in proactively engaging with our clients, understanding their needs, identifying risks, and ensuring they continue to receive real value from our services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where your communication skills, commercial awareness, and customer-first approach can make a genuine difference.

  • You’ll take ownership of a defined portfolio of clients, ensuring every client receives meaningful engagement and feels valued.
  • You’ll build strong relationships through proactive outreach, structured check-ins, and thoughtful follow-up.
  • You’ll help identify opportunities to improve the client experience, strengthen partnerships, and support sustainable business growth.
  • You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, share insight, and ensure clients receive the right support at the right time.

Why Client Engagement? Build Relationships That Matter

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse client base, gaining insight into different businesses, challenges, and requirements. You’ll be at the heart of the client experience, helping to spot concerns early, understand what clients need, and turn feedback into positive action.

You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your commercial awareness, identify additional ways we can support clients, and generate valuable referrals — always taking a consultative, client-first approach.

Make an Impact Through Meaningful Client Engagement

Are you naturally curious about what makes clients tick? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and finding ways to make things better? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
