Role Purpose
The Engagement Manager is responsible for the overall account strategy, client relationship, and commercial performance of assigned accounts, ensuring delivery of agreed objectives and long-term value.
Responsibilities
Account Management
- Own and drive the account strategy and roadmap.
- Align business priorities with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Performance & Governance
- Monitor KPIs and service performance.
- Lead governance meetings and executive reviews.
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations.

Leadership
- Lead and develop Operations Managers.
- Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Resolve cross-functional challenges and escalations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing commercial and financial performance, with a strong focus on cost optimization.
- Strong understanding of procurement and outsourced service delivery environments.
- Solid business and financial acumen, including KPI management, budgeting, forecasting, and value realization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering measurable business value.
- Results-driven, accountable, and proactive in driving outcomes.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
