A leading Bank is seeking a proactive and commercially astute Client Executive to join a well-established Invoice Finance team in Manchester.

You’ll be responsible for supporting a couple of RMs on their portfolio of factoring and invoice discounting customers. You will have previous experience in customer facing roles, ideally within the invoice finance or commercial banking world and will possess excellent communication, prioritisation and administrative skills.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent standard of service is provided at all times
  • Accurately process client payment requests on the day of receipt and ensure that any overpayments are in accordance with an approved authority
  • Process any changes to clients terms and conditions and ensure they are accurately documented on the client file
  • Process relevant fees, reports and documentation in relation to client terminations
  • Review and liaise with clients on any reconciliation variances
  • Assist with the new business/onboarding process, especially with system set up and client training.

  • You have relevant experience in a client facing role, ideally within the Commercial Finance or Commercial Banking industry
  • You're an excellent communicator both verbally and written
  • You build effective working relationships with both colleagues and clients
  • You're detail orientated and highly organised - able to effectively prioritise your own workload
  • You love working in a team, but can handle individual tasks
