Corporate Account Executive – Mid-Market (United States)

Job Summary

The corporate and mid-market landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by three key forces: AI adoption, cloud optimization, and the urgent need to replace aging infrastructure. Companies in this segment are moving fast—but they need the right partner to navigate the transition.

NetApp is uniquely positioned to lead this movement, offering a simplified portfolio, proven cloud expertise, and execution speed tailored to mid-market buyers. This opportunity allows you to join NetApp’s dedicated corporate GTM team with direct investment, executive support, and a clear mandate to drive success.

NetApp’s culture is built on three core principles: innovate to elevate, drive results, and excel as a team. These values define how we sell strategically, collaborate effectively, and scale impact.

As a Corporate Account Executive, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to mid-market and corporate customers, driving deals across Hybrid Cloud, Cloud, Keystone (NetApp’s unified platform), and Cyber solutions. This role is ideal for owner-minded sellers who thrive in fast-paced deal cycles and love building from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and engage customers deeply: Partner with corporate and mid-market leaders by aligning their IT modernization goals, business priorities, and transformation needs to NetApp’s unified cloud and data solutions.
  • Provide consultative leadership: Combine technical expertise, financial acumen, and solution innovation to guide customers through critical infrastructure decisions—ensuring alignment between decisions and business outcomes.
  • Hunt for high-impact opportunities: Identify VMware displacement, cloud optimization, and workload expansion gaps in high-velocity territories, driving value across storage, cloud, security, and AI.
  • Execute with precision: Manage high-volume deal pipelines with MEDDICC-aligned qualification, rigorous forecasting, and fast-paced deal cycles to maximize win rates.
  • Lead integrated pursuits: Direct a cohesive team of Inside Sales Reps (ISRs), partners, and specialists to deliver a unified customer experience. Ensure smooth post-sale transitions to Customer Success with clear value realization plans.
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem: Drive engagement with MSSPs, VARs, andChannel partners to extend reach, accelerate deals, and capitalize on the mid-market's growth potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
