Job Description

About The Team

Carat is Dentsu's global media network, built on the belief that media can drive meaningful growth for brands, businesses and society. We bring together deep audience understanding, strategic communications planning, data-driven insight and innovative media solutions to help clients succeed in an increasingly connected world.

As part of the Carat team, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of world-class brands, collaborating with specialists across media, creative, strategy, analytics and digital performance to deliver integrated communications solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Purpose of the Role

The Client Executive plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day management and delivery of media activity across account teams.

Working closely with the Client Manager and wider account team, you will support campaign planning, project coordination, client servicing and reporting, helping ensure activity is delivered on time, within budget and to a consistently high standard.

The role offers exposure to multiple clients and media channels, providing an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge of media planning, campaign management and client relationship building within a collaborative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Support the day-to-day management of client accounts and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination of client communications, meetings and status updates.
  • Help ensure client requests are managed efficiently and delivered within agreed timelines.
  • Provide high levels of organisation and attention to detail across all account activity.

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Support the delivery of integrated media campaigns across multiple channels, including social, display, video and search.
  • Coordinate campaign activity with specialist teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of campaign plans, timelines and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress and flag potential risks, delays or issues where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
