The Role

The Client Executive plays a key role in supporting the delivery of integrated media activity across a portfolio of clients and markets. Working closely with the Client Manager, wider client team, and specialist capabilities, you will help coordinate campaign planning, activation, reporting, and client communications across multiple markets. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop broad media, commercial, and client leadership experience within a collaborative, fast-paced, and internationally focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Client Manager and wider team with day-to-day client liaison and administration.
  • Connects regularly with clients to support the delivery of communications, campaigns, and service excellence.
  • Leads weekly client status meetings.
  • Leads weekly internal status meetings.
  • Arranges Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other client meetings as required.
  • Coordinates half-yearly client evaluation surveys.
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues and local markets across dentsu to meet client service needs.
  • Coordinates activity to ensure projects and plans deliver against objectives and within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Understands and works with local markets to ensure monthly media plan deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
  • Arranges and coordinates monthly network calls, including agenda development and follow-up actions.
  • Monitors sales and campaign performance data to measure plan effectiveness and flags issues where appropriate.

Experience

  • Experience within a media, marketing, advertising, communications, or client services environment, gained through agency, client-side, account management, or project coordination roles.
  • Understanding of media planning, campaign management, and client servicing principles.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, or external partners.
  • Confidence working with data, reporting, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to learn and develop within a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
