# Client Executive (Junior) – Hybrid Role
Location
Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week in our London office
Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 base salary + 10% discretionary bonus
- £1,800 yearly wellbeing fund (on top of salary)

About the Role
We are hiring a dynamic Client Executive to join our Capture team at SMG. In this role, you will:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Support commercial objectives through engaging campaigns and projects
- Deliver high-quality activations with precision and enthusiasm
- Play a vital role in bringing creative ideas to life
- Ensure work is on time, on brief, and to exceptional standards

What You’ll Do on a Daily Basis
Your role will keep you busy, engaged, and creative. Typical tasks include:
- Acting as a critical client liaison—ensuring clear communication and alignment on next steps
- Supporting senior team members in meetings, governance, and strategic discussions
- Collaborating on brainstorming sessions for campaigns and activations
- Managing multiple projects with excellence in delivery, organisation, and creativity
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (Planning, Insight, Creative)
- Presenting planning, reporting, and media strategies with precision
- Building and maintaining relationships inside and outside the organisation
