Role Description
This full-time Client Executive role is based in South Molton with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing some work from home. The Client Executive will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance and risk management needs are understood, reviewed, and appropriately serviced. Daily responsibilities include:

- Preparing and presenting tailored insurance solutions
- Supporting clients with ongoing advice

The role also involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling services, contributing to business development activities, and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship and service orientation, including Customer Satisfaction and Account Management skills.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions and presentations.
- Proficiency in Sales and business development, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities ethically and transparently.
- Consulting and advisory skills, with the capability to analyse client needs and recommend appropriate insurance and risk management solutions.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a related advisory environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements, or willingness to learn and maintain regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Comfort with using CRM systems and standard office software to manage client data and documentation.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CII or equivalent) or a commitment to working towards them.
