About the Role
As a Client Executive, you will be the main point of contact for both advisers and their clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will focus on delivering excellent client service, managing relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure requests and reviews are handled efficiently.

- Provide day-to-day support to financial advisers.
- Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee diary management, meeting bookings, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist in client meetings and keep records up to date.
- Ensure advisers are informed of client communications and requests.
- Liaise with internal teams to support adviser pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Confidence in liaising with clients and advisers.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- A team player who thrives in a client-focused environment.
