About the Role

As a Client Executive, you will be the main point of contact for both advisers and their clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will focus on delivering excellent client service, managing relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure requests and reviews are handled efficiently.

  • Provide day-to-day support to financial advisers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee diary management, meeting bookings, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist in client meetings and keep records up to date.
  • Ensure advisers are informed of client communications and requests.
  • Liaise with internal teams to support adviser pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Confidence in liaising with clients and advisers.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • A team player who thrives in a client-focused environment.
