Purpose of the job
To provide a high-quality administration and support service to the Health and Protection Corporate Healthcare Team.
Job summary
Reporting directly to the Corporate Healthcare Support Team Leader, the role holder will be responsible for supporting more senior members of the support team with helping advisers with existing and new business.
Additional Information
A strong desire to develop through our career pathways, to potentially become an adviser in the future, which may require commitment to passing relevant industry exams within set time periods.
Key skills and personal attributes
- Proven track record working in a client focused administrative role.
- Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and stay focussed under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player but must be able to work independently and use own initiative.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to assist the management of Healthcare client portfolios for a range of corporate clients.
- Support with queries from clients and advisers.
- Support the renewals and market reviews of schemes.
- Support the provider invoicing process, including checking invoices, chasing unpaid income and liaising with the Turnover and Finance teams.
- Support processing membership changes within schemes.
- Maintain accurate client records and data in line with Secondsight systems and protocols.
